By interacting with us you understand that you are providing personal data to us voluntarily and there is a legitimate reason to retain this information for the period required to give you an offer and/ or make your booking. Personal information data is requested from you when you interact with us in person, through correspondence, by phone, by email, by fax, through our website or through Associate websites to make a Portugal & Spain Golf Holiday booking. We will collect from you your name, email, mobile number and your payment information. Your personal data will be used exclusively for making the respective reservation and payment. Your contact information will also be used for sending you information regarding current promotions on our monthly Newsletter after you opt-in. You can change your personal data whenever you wish, simply by contacting us at quovadis@qvts.com. When you return home, we may ask you for your opinion on the services that were provided to you, which will allow us to improve our services. Your comments on the golf courses may also be posted on our website to help other golfers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age and parents or legal guardians should not allow this without permission. Your data will not be transmitted to third parties, except from what is described below:

Cookies & Beacons |
When you visit our site, a small text file (Cookie) is created and recorded on your computer disc. To guarantee the security of your data and maximum confidentiality, we treat all the information that you provided us in a fully confidential manner. Whenever your credit card information is requested, that communication takes place through a SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) safe line, considering you are using browsers that allow for SSL, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer & Netscape Navigator. We also use SSL on all pages where personal information is requested from you, which means that your information will be sent via the Internet in an encrypted form. Your personal data will be retained for the period needed to interact with you during your booking and for as long as long as you return to book with us. Your personal data is protected behind our appropriate business systems, along with website hosting provider’s firewall and email provider’s firewall. Who we are |
Quo Vadis Travel & Services, originally established in Germany in 1998, provides a booking service for accommodation, cars, transfers and golf in Portugal from our website and through links from associates’ websites. Once requirements are finalized, bookings are made through PAG Serviços Golfs Lda (PAGS) in Portugal with Alvará Agência de Viagens No: 1001/1999, who take great care with the selection of suppliers and the standard of the service provided. All payments are made to PAG Serviços Golfs Lda who will meet you on arrival and give you your vouchers. |
